Ray describes building software systems as easy. The hard part? Understanding the client’s business well enough to know what actually needs to be built. He enjoys working on collaborative teams to clearly define problems and build the right solutions, often with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. As a kid, Ray was fascinated with computers. Unlike mechanical engines, he couldn’t actually see how they worked, so he started teaching himself programming at age 12

Entrepreneur at heart.
He enjoy building software from the ground up and have a
blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience
which often help us get more productive. In his college
days after a run-in with Laplace and Fourier equations and
a few bouts with the calculus, he decided to spend more
time programming. He believe that, there are scientists
and mathematicians and pilots and doctors and teachers and
others of all professions but, in the end, it is the
engineer who takes ideas from paper and creates material
things that work.
Jess has been doodling for as long as she could hold a pencil. Early on she developed a passion for it that eventually lead her into a career in graphic design. A 2004 graduate from the School of Advertising Art, she found her way into the digital world after having a chance to join a design firm as a web designer. Since then she has spent her days pushing pixels, thinking through complex user interaction, and polishing user interfaces and experiences.
